Do you offer any credit plans?

Our company has a 90-day finance plan to help our customers who are working within a tight budget. Aside from this payment method, we also accept cash and other standard financial packages.

How much is delivery for my goods?

Normal delivery is free. This includes delivering the product to your home and setting it off at the carport or garage. However, we may charge extra for our premium delivery and installation. Be sure to contact us to get an idea of our pricing for premium delivery.

Do you offer any warranty packages?

At present, all manufacturers have extended warranty plans you can sign up for after the warranty registration is completed and sent in.

Do you deliver anywhere in the country?

Yes. We can make a special shipping arrangement for our appliance sales. This way, you can rest assured that the product you bought from us will reach you no matter where you are in the country.

Do you offer in-house service?

Yes. We can fix your damaged appliance at your home if you want us to. We especially encourage this if you want us to do refrigerator repair, washing machine or dryer repair, and repairs on other large or heavy items.

What is your delivery radius?

Our normal delivery and service radius is 20 miles from the store.

How much is the hourly rate for your appliance repair services?

We provide affordable repairs. Our service rates are based on a standard flat rate depending on the type of failure. Plus, you can also check your appliance repair status through our website.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed every Saturday and Sunday.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept personal checks (with proper identification), American Express, Discover, Master Card, and VISA.
